Shipping & Returns

We provide worldwide secure shipping with DHL/FedEx. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 10 business days for the gems in bangkok and about 20 days for gems you buy from other locations.

Returns: Only accepted if the item is damaged during shipping or not as described. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and the gemstone must be returned with its original certificates (GRS, AIGS, GUILD, etc.).

Refunds: Issued after inspection of the returned gemstone. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
